You should, it's a Walgreens exclusive that sells for 50 seconds per can.

the local brewery has a new one out:

generalDisdain: It would be helpful if you told us what beers you like already.

Yeah, yeah...

I tend toward lighter beers, lagers, Mexican style beers. Dos Equis is one of my favorites. I just had one I love, Shock Top Belgian Wheat. I don't like IPAs. I'll drink darker beers like Guinness, but only very occassionally.

For specifics, Land Shark Lager, Rolling Rock, Sol.

Is Lagunitas available where you are? They put out some great beer. You could also try Sierra Nevada's Reckless Rye.

There are a couple killer microbreweries close to me but unless you're in SoCal that wouldn't be much help.

I don't like to go outside of Colorado beers in my suggestions because I'm local like that. So I would suggest, Left Hand Brewery's Sawtooth Ale and Polestar Pils, also a light pale ale that's good is called Stanger.

New Belgium Brewery you will really like Sunshine Wheat if you like Shock Top, it has a smoother finish and not as fruity. Fat Tire is always a solid choice too.

However if distribution is a problem for those beers out of Colorado I would say to pick up some Bells Brewery Oberon.

Dogfish has a chili pepper ale. It's pretty darn good, although you really can't taste the chili in it much.

Discussion my brother and mom just had at dinner-

Brother: I got that new beer I was talking about, Bud Light Platinum. More alcohol, fewer calories, right up my alley now that I'm trying to lose weight. Plus not eating as much mean I can have 2 and start feeling it

Mom: Why don't you just stop drinking all together, why do you need to get drunk?

Brother: I don't need to get drunk, but I like the taste of beer...
(and that's when I stopped listening)

I have neither. Well, technically my wife just brought me home some beer. But I have no idea what it is and it isn't cold.

Has anybody tried a gluten free beer? There's one I've had my eye on. I don't need to drink gluten free beer, obviously, but I kinda wanted to try it.

I have a friend that is gluten free and he tolerates Red Bridge (It's OK after you've had a couple.) But he likes New Grist. I did drink one late into the night and didn't realize it was gluten free until I had finished it. It's not bad.

i've got a few of them on my list, but i haven't tried them yet. from what i hear about bards and redbridge, i'm in no hurry to try them. green's does a few belgian styles which i may try at some point and st peters has a cool bottle.

Yeah, I don't get why he said that either because the most exotic thing he has in his fridge is Molson Canadian.
