See, this is just turning into a lose-lose for SGK. Within a day of their announcement to remove funding for Planned Parenthood, Planned Parenthood raised more than the amount they lost for the next year. Michael Bloomberg donated $250,000 from his own pocket, along with two other really large donors.

This right here is basically a lie. Planned Parenthood is under investigation because of a strongly anti-choice anti-woman congressman. Shortly after that SGK happened to make a new internal rule that prevents them from giving to organizations under investigation. These two things aren't an unfortunate coincidence. It's a move from the anti-choice side to attempt to defund Planned Parenthood and attempt to place the blame elsewhere. The individual that made that comment may have meant it, but it's not the investigation that's preventing the grants, it's the anti-choice sentiments present in the SGK itself.

Hahahaha. No, you pissed off a VERY large part of your base. Until you announce a full restore of funding across the board in the future, you're not even getting close to calling off the anger. This won't save you. Besides, since you also pulled all funding from anyone who uses stem cells for anything, even though Komen money doesn't go to the actual research, the argument that this isn't political is absolute bullshiat.
