Is there a program I can download that would normalize sound volume on my PC.
Some places I go I need everything turned up to max on my laptop so that I can hear everything.
This video pretty much blew my eardrums when it started.

I hate that shiat.

I always have headphones plugged in. I never wear the headphones until I see what's playing, and then I gingerly...GINGERLY...put the headphones on.
