A Stooge never would have snitched.

They would have gone to jail and escaped by painting their uniforms black. Or been convicted and put up against a wall to be executed and saved when an earthquake knocked down the wall behind them. Or they would have gone to court and proved that Kirk Robin did the crime on the testimony of a parrot.

But never snitched. A Stooge never snitches.

I, for one, am glad that these clearly violent criminals have been taken off the streets of Philly, finally restoring it to the family-friendly safe haven it once was. Kudos to the cops and informants for the months and months of hard work they put in to take these creeps down. Tax dollars well-spent, if you ask me.

When I was a student at Drexel, back in 2003 or so, there was apparently a guy in one of the dorms trading kiddie porn on IRC. The street must've had 30 cop cars on it.

Good times at Drexel.

The Sandoz precursor is (supposedly) all gone now, so no more "real" LSD, ever. The DEA busted a big lab in a missile solo in KS years back and that had a big impact. Also, Jerry Garcia dying ended the Dead's tours, which the DEA said was the glue that held the network of chemists and cooks and distributors together. Who knows what this stuff around today is, but it isn't "acid", per my friends in the death metal music scene it's all crap.

asciibaron: um, $30 a hit, really? i thought $5.00 was expensive...

Came to say that. Evidently pigs are even worse at LSD math than they are at weed math.

Note to pigs- If you can buy things one at a time, for X amount, you decrease the amount you pay as you buy in larger quantities. You do not increase the amount you pay per unit when you buy in larger quantities.

If you'd stop demanding freebies all your lives and actually pay for things once in a while you might understand that.

If you are offered to buy 50 individual units at $5 each, why would you buy one lot of 50 for $1500? You're being ripped off by $1250 on a single transaction...

Police seized 950 hits of LSD with a street value of $28,000 and $10,000 in cash. Authorities say the three men busted were allegedly selling L to Drexel students

How lazy does one have to be to abbreviate LSD as 'L'?

Your friends are pretty ill informed, still plenty of good and bad acid around, there is no mysterious Sandoz precursor

Acid is harder to come by because other pharmas are cheaper to make and have a higher profit margin.

You have to make the precursor but it takes a good chemist, and most these days are not up to Walt standards.

More like $250, and the guy selling it would smoke you out for your trouble. You know, since you're buying in bulk.

can anyone find a link to the Three Stooges bit from In Living Color where they were dope dealers? I swear to god the sketch ended with them having a fight using bags of coke instead of cream pies but cannot find a clip anywhere and am know starting to thing I imagined it.

If any group of people is informed about drugs, it's this crowd, lol. Even Owsley said his acid was "different" than the Sandoz stuff, and LSD 25 by Sandoz must be considered the real deal if anything is.

There is still LSD around most colleges. It's usually over priced and half the time who knows what you are getting (if you are getting anything other than paper). I wouldn't buy it off of someone I didn't know.

2012-02-02 11:17:12 AM
It is out there and in large amounts. One merely has to hit the music festival scene during the spring/summer months to find copious amounts of.........well, anything. I'm not talking that warped tour crap. If you're in the north east there are a lot in NY, Mass, Vermont, etc.....

Gathering of the Vibes was my first major festival back in like '02..... I was really taken aback at just how open and blatant everything was.

Obviously, it's "around" somewhere, but not even remotely common, as i have friends who regularly do other hard drugs and never can score this.

Twice in the last 2 years I have been given what was supposedly acid only to find that it wasn't even close and people under 25 have no freakin clue what the real stuff is.
No more "real" LSD? That's depressing. I had hoped to do it at least one more time in my life.
Where's the new Owsley?
