Don't make me get the BIG rolling pin!

An actor at a small local museum. I notice the kitchen curtain looks like the same material as this guy's shirt--which would make sense for the period, because lots of people made their own clothes and curtains back then. They would often just buy a big roll of fabric and sew whatever they needed from it until it ran out.

Was taking pictures of an animal at the zoo, snow leopard IIRC, when I turned and snapped a pic of this kid standing beside me, with his name shaved into his hair. I have no idea what it says, but I thought it looked cool.

Not exactly what the pics are supposed to be about, but those people (red dot on top of rocks)
are certainly strangers and based on all the whooping and hollering they sure were having a lot of fun

At a con long ago and far away. He was later seen licking the hotel plants and trying to convince other attendees of the merits of Scientology.

I took a lot of pictures of Possum that weekend, and he asked if I would put them up on the internet for the world to see. Who am I to argue with that?

Natural-light shot taken at a rave I attended a few years ago. This guy seemed out of place: older, not on drugs. A bit like me. Talking to him, he knew the promoter and he just wanted to check it out. Taken with a point and shoot camera rested on a bar. The swirling lights behind him was people swinging glow sticks in front of other people who appeared pretty zoned out on some mind-expanding substance.

An old man climbed aboard the bus and announced that he was taking the pup to the pound. The guy in the cap asked if he could take her home instead -- I think everyone was happy with the results.

Gentleman selling burgers outside a hole in the wall in NO. I told him I wasn't hungry and we ended up talking for 10-15 minutes. In lieu of buying a cheeseburger he wanted me to take a picture of him. *Reposted for voting*

Cody and his buddy. A friendly reminder that if you're going to take a candid shot of someone, make sure the flash is off. Otherwise, you catch their attention. It worked out fine this time.

Kyle from PA. I suppose you could call him a minstrel, since he found his way to Des Moines from somewhere in Pennsylvania and was playing the violin in the skywalk for tips.
