I've met plenty of pitbulls that aren't man eaters. The dog could have very well leaned on the fence and licked the boy's face. Problem is, we haven't got any angry chained up pit bulls nearby, and the effort to drag him down to the next block over would probably have me pegged as an evil kidnapper.
