Not sure about money/sex correlations, but as far as costs, iPhones are definitely more expensive. At the Apple store, the iPhone 4S costs $199 with a two-year contract. My Android (a touch-screen smart phone) cost less, no contract, and the monthly fee is much more reasonable than the iPhone rate plans.

I have a mid-range Android. It's a fun gadget, but not a status symbol. Since there is a range of choice among Androids (both in phones and carriers), I would expect the average price of an phone and contract is less than that spent on an iPhone. It would be interesting to see some statistics, though.

There's a big difference between "usually puts out on the first date" and "willing to put out on the first date". Like 99% of people fall into the latter category, it's just something they may not feel like telling their dating site and/or cell phone provider.
