If they're willing to leave the city I've seen a monster of a groundhog rolly pollying near the dog park in Vienna. Drives the canines bonkers when he waddles out of his hole.

The dogwood tree in my front yard is budding. I think they're a little late with this whole "will there be another six weeks of winter?" thing.
