Here comes the legislation: all dogs under 80 pounds must be secured in a car sear, facing backwards (with their heads out the window, tongues frapping in the breeze).

And letting your dog sit in the back of a pickup truck is a felony.

In the video there is a VFW in the background. There's also a little dive bar called Shags just down the road too. Entirely possible-- if not likely.
