If you close your eyes and just listen to the words, not necessarily the delivery, it sounds like the repeating information you hear as a product of the 24-hour news-cycle. "HUGE POWERFUL EARFQUAKE GONNA HIT CALIFORNIA... blah blah blah... EARFQUAKE GONNA HIT CALIFORNIA.... CALIFORNIA... sub-par explanation of what causes earthquakes... GONNA HIT... TSUNAMI..."

About 12 words repeated and shuffled around to fill the allotted time, or until there's new information--there never is.
