I've got some bad news for you Baltimore...your QBs more closely resemble Curtis Painter than Peyton Manning...and we see how well Caldwell did with Painter.

Jim Caldwell later held a press conference, where he was quoted as saying "..."

Eh, I think he more potential to end up like Roethlisberger, minus the rapiddy rape.

Big physical guys, with great arm strength, who like to roll out of the pocket and hold the ball for far too long.

Baltimore is still snatching up all the unwanted coaches? If Jim Zorn couldn't make Flacco improve, what chance does Caldwell have?

Flacco was better under Zorn than he was under Cam Cameron. Remember Zorn was here during the 2010 season, not the 2011 season.

There were rumors that Caldwell would become the offensive coordinator for the Steelers. Thank you Ravens for helping us dodge THAT bullet.

Oh, and since it bears bears bears...

Another brick in the wall of mediocre suck that will be the Ravens for quite some time. I love it.

I want to see Art Shell and Jim Caldwell get in a staredown. It could only end with Art Shell's death from old age.

Dunno. I did submit it when I saw it. Many Ravens' fans I know have had more than enough of Joe Flacco.

/Without Ray Lewis, they'd be the Redskins

Can we bring in people from other sports? Because Ken Macha would make both of them look like Blinky McHistrionics Talkerson.

They need to lose a lot more then Ray Lewis to be the Redskins...

Well I wouldn't call making the playoffs 4 years in a row a wall of mediocre suck, the Cardinals on the other hand, good luck with that...

I don't know, it might could prove useful. Maybe Peyton Manning taught him a few tricks over the years that he could pass on.

No, the Ravens have been scary good for years, I'm just glad to see that changing ;) As far as the Cards, I was born into it, but I was also born with a dick so big the ladies tell each other about it, so I am cool with rooting for suck and fail until I die.

I came into this thread thinking I should make an image with the emotions of Jim Caldwell and apparently I created and put it on the internet before I even thought of it. I'm goddamn amazing.

Don't need no pyramid to know that the Ravens are gonna suck for a while once their resident murderer retires.

Too bad for you that Flacco was the best offensive player on the field during the AFC Championship game. Must suck for you having to cheer for a team when you'd prefer to cheer for players on a different team.

As a Ravens fan, I only see reasons to be optimistic about next season. The team should contend again.

Fortunately, Jim Caldwell is also doubling as the first-string kicker.

Besty

You are right

The dude is on to many antidepressants - for some it comes from the doc - for others it just their natural body chemistry.

Either way Caldwell can lower the dose in Balt hopefully enough that he doesn't shoot up a school.

Seratonin is a funky Mistress

Well with his lack of expression he will do great when he is asked if Ray Ray has whacked someone again.

On 2 carries. Through 3 quarters. Their offense is funky sometimes.

Not long ago, i remarked to a Steeler's fan that Coach Tomlin always looks buggy-eyed, and he said that was a racist remark. I didn't see it that way... Dude is buggy-eyed.

ipad screen is now covered in homemade chicken-and-cheese quesadilla. Mental image is cracking my ass UP!

As for his lack of emotion on the field...maybe he just goes ape shiat when they're in the locker room? Dunno, not an Indy fan.

I'd love to see the Cardinals flaming out of late round playoff games every year, beats the last couple seasons and the ones a few years before that.

Is there some other QB named Flacco that the rest of the NFL is unaware of?

To be fair to Flacco, he did have the best game of any QB during the conference championships...and nobody will care. He's Ellio's & coco until he makes a Super Bowl

He did have the best game, but none of them were particularly good. Flacco has been pretty bad in the playoffs more often than not. He's an above average QB. Anyone who thinks he's elite is pretty far off. Having Cam Cameron as an OC isn't really helping, but Flacco is wildly inconsistent.

What a bunch of dopes here. Flacco is no Manning or Brees, but he did play a hell of a game JUST LAST WEEKEND to beat the Pats in the AFC championship game only to have his teammates drop the winning TD/flub a chip-shot FG. He also has a winning playoff record and more total wins through four years than any QB in the history of the league. Yet to listen to the "experts" here, Ray Lewis's old ass literally throws the ball for him every single time and he sucks worse than Akili Smith but got lucky to be drafted by a competent team.

Because they're convinced that Caldwell made Peyton and not the other way around?
