Fat chicks yadda yadda, but I'd hop on and give that baby a spin.

Same price as a 50cc Vespa. I'm not saying that's a smart way to spend your money, but they have done their market analysis.

This would actually be perfect for my work commute, which is less than 5 miles each way on surface streets. Looks like it would comfortably fit in the trunk of a car, too.

This diesel motorcycle (new window) would be much more useful and cost-effective..

Scrounge 5 gallons of free used veggie oil refine it a bit, and, you're good to go for 700 miles or so.

Another quality product from Aperture Science!

/And it even makes the "Aaaa-ah!" voice every time you turn.

That costs twice as much as I paid for my 50cc Honda Metropolitan, and I can tote around a whole lot more crap on the Metropolitan than I could on that.

I was wondering what they did with all those huge PC tower cases from the 1990's.

I wondered what had happened to all the surplus original X-Boxes. Good to know they aren't just going to waste.

I'm guessing that just like an Apple product, half the pricetag goes toward paying the artist who designed its 'unique shape'.

I'd rather pay another $400 and get a Kymco GV 250 that has more power and a longer range and can carry more stuff if I wish to do so (and I did)

Pft, that's not NEARLY large enough to be an original X box.

300 pounds? Talk about a niche market. That rules out half of all Americans before they even put on shoes.

I lust after the aftermarket kits a bit more. More interchangeable parts, cheaper, lighter and now 45mph! Maybe its a PC/Mac kind of preference.

Plus I'm not sure I would want a bike that looks like a stapler.

I think this bike has a pretty neat idea:

Electric motorcycle with a removable battery pack you can charge anywhere, say under your desk at work or in a city apartment (new window)

I forget how much they cost, but I think it was in the $7,000 area for a bike that can go 55 MPH, and 25 miles on a charge (at top speed, more like 50 miles at city speeds).

Oh, and the Zero I posted above doesn't look pants-on-head-retarded like the X-Bike/iBike photos in this thread. (can't post pics from work, but the link has plenty)

Being able to drive them into your place of work and store it in your cubical would be a real plus.

Looks like a USB hard drive with wheels. When the weather cooperates, I ride one of these:

That is not a bike, that thing is a punch magnet. I feel my fists clench just seeing a picture of the thing and I am a computer geek who rides a bike!
I'm sorry Boxx, but you did it wrong, and now nothing will ever be right again!

2012-01-31 11:42:37 AM
I could buy used motorcycles for $4000-$5000 that go over 100mph and go 200 miles before I have to fill them up with gas (more than I'd go before I took a break).
