Ow, my uterus! My daughter was 7lbs 13oz at birth, and I had trouble lugging my belly around for the last month...how did that poor mama even walk?

kimwim: I"ve had both, much prefer the c'section to the other way.

I'd prefer not being cut open, personally. Especially having been told more than I care to know about bowel adhesion.

I had a c-section. It was no fun. The thought of being cut open isn't too bad, but missing a huge chunk of time when I was under anesthesia still skeeves me out.

Are we sure she's not just a schoolteacher? Young boys are constantly being extracted from them. Maybe the whole "baby" thing is just a cover story.

Is that little yellow, um, bump at the bottom what I think it might be, or has my mind just become permanently demented from spending too much time on the internet?

Having just watched my little girl born less than a month ago at 20 inches, 7lb 11.5oz, with a wife that needed the epidural after holding out for 8 hours (and needed 5 more to deliver), a 13lb 13oz baby without epidural or a C? Whiskey Tango to the MF'ing Foxtrot.

Getting a kick out this. My grandma had 13 kids. All got larger as she concieved each one. #11 and #12 were in the 10lb range the last one was 11lbs. The woman stood 4'10" and weighed 85-90lbs. My uncle told me that woman could scare truckers. I know I nevered dared to cross her.

I had full-term twin boys completely naturally, no tearing and pain-free. Before the hotdog/hallway snark: not an issue. Maybe because my labor was so fast, or I'm the perfect baby machine.

As a matter of fact, it was 9 years ago today. Happy birthday to my awesome boys!

Baby A: 7 lbs. even
Baby B: 8 lbs 5 oz.

Oh crap. I forgot to drop Baby A and Baby B's cards in the mail. I suck at being an aunt.

And yeah, ytterbium was the most pregnant looking pregnant lady I have ever seen short of that grody Octomom pic. It looked like she swallowed one of those balance balls. 15.5 pounds of kid. Sheesh.
