EnviroDude: Eddie Adams from Torrance: EnviroDude: I used to laugh about the FEMA camps. I am not laughing anymore.

It must suck going through life being pants-wettingly afraid of everything.

Maybe it is because I have seen how this government is incrementally removing freedoms from you. You know, like being able to object to how they are abusing the constitution without regard to the legality of their actions.

I dunno, you can say I am all "pants-wetttingly afraid", but it is not fear. It is anger. I am angry that the government is trampling on our constitutional rights. If you are not angry, what does that make you? A "see no evil" Milquetoast spineless jellyfish unwilling to speak out for what is right?

Did I ever tell you crackers about the time I met the gumm'int? So, my doorbell rings the other night, I answer it and there's this little girl scout standing there. So, I says, "Hey, there, little girl scout. What do you need?" Girl scout leans forward and says, "About tree-fitty." Well, it was right about that time I got to noticin' that this girl scout was made up of an executive, legislative and judicial branch with a massive operating budget. I said, "Damn you, gumm'int. I ain't givin' you no tree-fitty. Get your own damn money. Get off my lawn and put back my prohibition on quartering soldiers where you found it!"

The Republican Party has a tenuous hold on the conservative movement in America.

Oh God, American Thinker has become self-aware.

bugontherug: Gingrich will at least unify conservatives. And then he'll have several months to repair his image with independents.

You seriously think Newt can repair his image in several months? Maybe if they kept him in stasis while a few generations died off and a massive electromagnetic storm destroyed the historic records.

Wow. I mean, I realize this is American Thinker, but uh, hey... the media didn't have to 'portray' those candidates that way. They WERE that way. Sheesh!

Nay, good sir. If you knew them as I knew them, you would count yourself lucky to have had such magnificent fellow- travelers. Philosopher kings each and all, each possessed of such eloquence and wisdom as to make the very muses weep tears of ecstasy.

But alas, all you know of them are the twisted doppelgangers presented to you by our dissembling media outlets: raving automatons let loose to stagger and wretch across the same sound stage used to perpetrate the great moon landing hoax and a host of other vile deceptions, all in the service of The Great Usurper.

Yea, I too used to laugh at the FEMA camps. Then I took an arrow to the knee.

At least one reputable news source has the courage to all the press on its blatant favoritism and selective reporting. There is no reason the press should spend so much time going into detail about the private lives of prominant Republicans and Conservatives, while ignoring the serial moral failings of Liberals and Democrats. I know, I know, the press has already drank the kool-aide, but is it too much to ask they at least try to do the job they pretend they're getting paid for? Instead the press co-ordinates with the Democrats and the spineless GOP establishment to destroy Real Conservatives like Gingrich, Perry, Bachmann, and above all Sarah Palin.

The press should be ashamed of itself.

Too spicy - Thai
Too foreign - Korean
Too raw - Japanese
Too much sauce - Italian
Too European - French
Too dangerously poopy - Mexican

Which leaves us with bland, grey, spongy British food.

um...didn't they just go over his record tho?

The lieberal drive-by gotcha lamestream MSM media is unfairly attacking Newt by directly quoting him in context. When will this persecution of American patriots like Newt end?
