That's a quandary, all right.

I guess the scientific thing to do would be stop coffee for a while and compare how you feel without it to how you feel with it. If you have symptoms associated with high or low estrogen when you are drinking coffee but not when you're not drinking it, or vice versa, then that might be useful in deciding whether you want to drink coffee or not.

Oh I'm sorry, that wasn't a very reasonable answer. The right answer is to drink more coffee because, hey, it's coffee!
