The current nostalgia decade is now the 90's. I've been sick to death of the shiatty 80's being thrown in my face for the last ten years, so the next ten should be a comfortable ride.

I love Melanie Chisholm's voice (Sporty). She might be the only one of them that can actually sing. But even at their age (all still younger than me), I'll still gladly watch them shake it around. (Except for Victoria, maybe. Does silicone bounce at all?)

Sometimes music comes and goes and many years later, people look back on it and realise that behind its shallow exterior was something more artistic and interesting that deserves re-assessment.

The Spice Girls are not this. They embody nothing but brand marketing, and thankfully, history is unkind to that syphilitic whore, preferring real talent.

But I fully intended to bring it up again, because it was so fun to tease her about it. Tragically, I'll never get to tease her about it again; she died in a car accident in 2008.
