I live right down the street from his house, it's a pretty impressive spread of land.

It's the long driveway on the top with the brown roofed houses (new window)

The funny thing is if you look across the intracostal at the house with the golf course, that's Tiger's house. Link (new window)

That's pretty much my thinking. Still he needs to bring the price down more if he really wants to sell it. I don't care who the fark owned the house before me I'm not paying twice the market value. That's just being stupid with your money. I wouldn't even pay twice if he lived in the house with me.

Personally, I wish Burt the absolute best and hope he is happy and doing well.

The guy is a farking legend - the model of testosterone at it's best, he had the style, the attitude, the look,... and he was very loyal to his friends, had/has a great sense of humor... God bless you Burt, I'd love nothing more than to buy you a big steak dinner and all the beer he wanted if he'd just regale me with tales of his prowess...
