Honestly... as I was listening to the bus honking its horn insistently and inching its way forward into the video shot, I thought to myself that this would be perfect if a fat black woman with a civil servant's attitude came out of the bus and blamed the news crews for what she was doing... and lo and behold...!!!!

What would have made this even better would have been if the bus was full of senior citizens who had come to see the casino under construction.

Meh, women drivers. What do you expect?

I love it near the end of the video where a woman off-camera comments that everyone else had managed to get past the van without hitting it.

I also love the fact that the bus driver only came out and sassed everyone about how she had to do her job after she hit the van, instead of stopping beforehand and coming out then to ask that they move the van. Apparently, they didn't teach her in bus driving class that you're not allowed to hit other vehicles just because you're a bus driver "with a job to do."

/and, hey lady, lets not do anything to foster any stereotypes, okay?

Considering I was a military brat who moved around all the time and never got to see my family while growing up, and I have like 50 family members in the area it was pretty smart. Then my partner became a truck driver and now I only see them every couple of months... best of both worlds now that i think of it. Drove through Detroit a few days ago. Let me tell ya, Cincy may not be perfect, but it could be much, much worse.

The bus driver is the best part. She basically said the vehicular equivalent to "If your face hadn't been in the path of my fist, it wouldn't have gotten hit!" I mean, she completely stopped the bus, honked, then scraped it on to the news van. Then acts like it's the news people's fault! WTF?

Someone on the news crew should have pointed out the the van was there because they were, in fact, doing their jobs as well. Hence, the news van at a press conference.

Then again, I'm a bit of a smart ass at times.

And you all need to give her a break. It's was a WOMAN driving a huge bus. They have a hard enough time just driving a car. Give her as much room as she needs.

It's a good thing the van was there. From the looks of it she was about to drive over the group of reporters before the van stopped her.
