At first I was going to say that if the guy was suicidal, then anyone who happens upon him trying to kill himself SHOULD be allowed to kill and devour him (though realistically, that loophole seems too exploitable).

Then I realized it was the killer that was suicidal and I suppose that if that was what got you off, once you got down from that high, that would be a pretty damn low low to get to.
