Not really. :( It just disappoints me that people don't double check that sort of thing. But then again, having been on the Internet for so long, you learn to pick out the standard stock photos.

The Seaworld one is fake, too. That's at the san diego park. It's a picture on a wooden wheeled frame and they let people stand in front of it and have their photo taken. This was just a press conference of some sort and they used it for that as a background.

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, I thought in order to be a photobomb, the "intruder" had to unexpectedly pop up between the camera and the intended subject. I don't really think something in the background (especially something that was already there but not noticed) counts as a photobomb.

Exactly. And in the case of the shark behind the diver, that was a photoshop, not a photobomb. snopes.com (new window) even has an article about that particular photo.
