I don't have a problem with the flat chested wearing low cut. It isn't too much of a big deal. I don't think Vanessa is all that attractive, but check out Georgina Stojiljkovic. she's wearing a low cut dress and she isn't exactly rocking massive mammaries, and she looks okay.

That's not really appropriate for her cleavage :-/. She seems attractive enough, but not that's just not a look that works.

I'm straight, I like all size mams, and the look can work for some.

There are very few women who look good in a dress of that length. Maybe if you were extremely curvy--but even then it looks like you either are too tall for the dress, or you need to cut it off at the knees.

Yup. Not a smart choice. The dress would have camouflaged her flatness if the neck weren't so low. It doesn't help that the necklace falls right on the boniest part of her chest.

It's not the breast size that's the issue, it's the protruding bone that makes it look odd. Small chested women can get away with plunging neck lines just fine, as long as the breasts are pert and the ribs and collar bone are sufficiently padded.
