Yes. Yes it was.

Meh. Any semi-athletic teenager can do that. Virtually no one else in the world can do any of the things that the two players can.

Actually, I doubt it. That's not much different than a drill you'd do with a goalie in soccer in hockey, and elevating from needs to crouch while extending to catch a fast moving object isn't easy.

Any semi-athletic teenager can get a hole in one on a par 3 golf hole. Doesn't make it any less cool when it happens.

Well, if he did it over and over it'd be cool. But like I said, you can see catches of similar luck/skill every day in every gym/middle school in America. If you thought that was the best highlight of a match between Federer and Nadal, you need to remove yourself from the Venn Diagram circle containing sports fans.

Yes, that's exactly what I said, you insufferable douchebag.

Lot of bickering in here. Let's talk about that great Murray/Novak match today. I think my fears and concerns about Murray's game have melted away. His fitness needs some work, but his game has improved to a true #4 in the world.

It seems like Lendl's testicle transplant surgery worked, Murray played with balls instead of whining for his mama.

Djokovic favorite for the final. I think number 7 is coming up on Sunday.

The kid will probably be drafted by the Royals, win a golden glove in his rookie season, then get traded to the Yankees or the Red Sox. Kansas City Royals: a breeding ground for other team's champions!

I find it amusing that some of the ESPN anchors throw in a "Is Wayne Brady gonna have to..." reference from time to time on Djokovic highlights.

I think the SF with Murray will have taken too much out of Djokovic. Nadal's had the extra rest day; he'll win in 4 sets.

Djokovic will be fine. Whatever he started taking last year has given him virtually limitless endurance. Recall Rome last year when he had a similarly tough match against Murray in the semifinals and the very next day beat Nadal routinely 6-4 6-4 on Nadal's favorite surface. Or more recently, the US Open when Djokovic went five sets with Federer and the next day easily dismissed Nadal in the final with a slight hiccup in the fourth. Djokovic in 3 or 4.

Remember when Nadal played 5 hours against Verdasco and Federer had an extra day of rest at the AO2009? Nadal won, more than one day of rest is plenty.

Remember when Djokovic played for four hours against Murray in Rome in the SF, and played Rafael "best on clay EVER" Nadal less than 24 hours later, on clay? Djokovic won.

Remember when Djokovic went at it for hours, 5 sets against Federer at the USO last year? Played Nadal the next day and beat him like a drum.

At this point in time, Djokovic is the favorite. He has the game that matches up well against Nadal's (unlike Fererer's) and the mental edge. Physical aspect shouldn't be a factor, not at 24-25 with more than 24 hours of rest.

With catching skills like that Austrailia need to bring him into the cricket team as a slip catcher. lord knows they need some one who won't drop a dolly

/How many years ago did they last have the Ashes
//He bowls to the left, he bowls to the right, that Mitchel Johnson, his bowling is shiate
///Swan, Swan will tear your apart, again!!!!!

Pretty good. Now the browns will draft him for shortstop in the 3rd round.

What a very strange post.

Johnson isn't even in the side. And slips fielding isn't the problem.

The batting lineup is shaky. That's the problem. Would not like to play the Poms now, who are clearly better.

I rate Swann. That doesn't make your post any less odd.

Bwaahahaha! 2-0 so far isn't it???

On the plus side, it looks like Pakistan is becoming a real team again.
