Eartha Kitt was the sexier Catwoman.

Well pumpkins, it comes down to that age-old decision: style... or... substance?

As insensitive as Americans are, even we are beginning to collectively feel some darkness after years of reading about deaths, amputations, burn victims, traumatic brain injury and suicide. The country is realizing how much our military personnel have been used and abused.

So, it is a real temptation to set aside accusations of racism, of fiscal fantasy plans, of anything, really, other than the possibility for peace. Not Orwellian nation-building peace, but real, honest-to-G-d, the boys are safe at home with their Moms, girlfriends, or wives peace.

Obama doesn't even pretend that is a goal. The only two people who ran for president in 2008 who approached Pauls' commitment to peace were Dennis Kucinich (Democrat) and Cynthia McKinney (Green Party).

Pretty liberal application of the term "celebrity"

"Fear Factor" host Joe Rogan,

All he needs now is Johnny Knoxville, and he'll have the "Hey y'all, watch THIS" segment totally in his corner.

RU PAUL!

Why is it necessary for every candidate -- except for Ron Paul -- to pay obeisance to this hypocrisy that the U.S. is a good force in the world, and that it is the dominant force, and can be the policeman of the world? Since when? What gave us that right?

I thought the same thing when Bush was farking up shiat, and before that.

Why is it that only right-wing nuts like RON PAUL are the biggest proponents of this thinking now? WTF?

Someone help me out here.

We aren't supposed to care about celebrities political views because they are just celebrities, Unless they are prorepublican because then their opinions matter. Paul is running on the Republican ticket so then we should care, but then Paul is the candidate that can never win so he is just a side show or an entertainment issue if you will. Which is what celebrities should focus on which means we should care, but Paul doesn't have a chance.

So any help would be appreciated.

Because Kucinich doesn't want to Ted Kennedy Obama?
Because Democrats fear being called soft on crime? soft on terror?
I don't know. I wonder myself, where is the left? Where are the peace voters?

I had a dream featuring Julie Newmar circa 1958 and Juliette Lewis circa Natural Born Killers.

I nearly didn't wake up.

Allow me to counter with this.

Sex appeal isn't just about body shape.

She's older than he is.

And it's quite the endorsement:

Ron Paul - Changing my Mind 1-1-2012
I trust our youth. I also I find Ron Paul the youngest thinking of all the candidates. Young people don't carry the baggage of years of careless decision making. Many of us didn't like Romney's rise to power and prestige on the backs of workers, all the time further disenfranchising the powerless, the underdog. Nor are we happy with Obama who saved his skin at the expense of the entire middle class by not standing firm and tough against the avaricious gamblers in our financial markets. Would that have been too big a maneuver to correct? Would something worse have happened? It's still not right.
I like Ron Paul because he changes my mind about things, makes me think in ways I haven't before. I confess he's even able to change my long-ago made-up mind about abortion. Now that's moving a mountain. He shows me there's perhaps a better way to think about the unthinkable.
Even though Ron Paul is from Texas and I have sworn, in print, to never ever vote for a Texan for president, I could change my mind. The last two Texans, Johnson and Bush nearly destroyed this country. Let's think carefully. Where is the better female side of intelligence in all this? Men need to grow up or get out of office, change their minds before they lead us off a cliff.
Another issue for me - Ron Paul is a Republican. Both parties sicken the daylights out of most of us. But I could tolerate a man who has such a refreshing sense of right and wrong, rule of law.
The wars are killing us. "Terrorism is a tactic; there shouldn't be a war on terrorism." Paul says, "Otherwise it undermines our liberty." Such attitudes have impoverished this country, especially the airline industry. I cringe to get on a plane these days. Paul: "The TSA mauls us and we don't care." Liberty, what liberty? The airports overhead speakers drone in our ears to rat on our neighbors. This sense of personal criminality enshrouds even the most casual travel plans.
Is Ron Paul right on foreign policy? "Weapons are for defense." He says. These wars have emptied our treasury, accelerated the financial disaster. We've been on speed. For instance, are we aware that in the wake of the U.S. invasion, over one million Iraqis died-- a 220-fold greater toll than the 4,500 American deaths? What an insane price tag for 'democracy'. Duh! The eternally lovely Diane Sawyer and all the networks are embedded in the war industry. Wrong message, wrong profiteering! Oh well, whatever....meanwhile our people are madder than hell.

As an individual voter it is hard to sift through the daily noise and political chatter, but I dare to say at this point Ron Paul makes more sense than the rest. I say, trust your feelings, even if you haven't found the words or things aren't clear yet.

Love Eartha but she played Catwoman like Astin played the Riddler. That is, as themselves.

Of course, "sexy" is pretty subjective.
I'll take Julie. Even her voice

I fail to see the problem with this. Exhibit C: Raul Julia in every part he ever played.
