Nope, it's the same people. Arm & Hammer really was named after Armand Hammer. It's a family name.

"Armie" Hammer" is actually Armand Hammer the fifth or sixth or something. He grew up here (the Cayman Islands). My brother used to teach him at one of the local karate dojos as a kid.

Thanks for that. I'm pretty sure I remember reading that the company was named after the man. Unless history has changed since the mid-late 90's, I must be mistaken.
