It's still animal parts, it's still edible, and it generally tastes pretty good. If it won't kill you outright, and tastes yummy, by all means enjoy the damn thing.

I ate kashi for breakfast, then a couple eggs a bit later, a burger with cheese and mushrooms (no bun), some milk, some quinoa with asparagus and chicken, some chips with hummus, and then a few more eggs. Then a half cup of toasted almonds later.
oh, and two bananas as snacks.
