I hate defending Lohan here, but this story, as well as TMZ's original story from 2010 are practically standing on top of a soapbox and screaming "bullshiat" through the loudest megaphone the world has ever know.

So Lohan had a "major" hit and run where she ran into the Nanny's leg with her car, but there were no injuries to the woman or the baby, and no police report was filed? Yet somewhere, 16 months later, the woman has finally summoned the courage and strength necessary to sue Lohan for unspecified damages?

This is America, so of course her chance of winning this bullshiat lawsuit is roughly 99.9%, but if her story were any less true, it would actually be a negative amount of true.

Wow, "3 of the 4 wheels of the stroller became airborne"? Seriously, that happens when I take a turn a little too fast and hit a bump. If it didn't knock the stroller over, the I would be surprised that there was even an actual collision. I smell bullshiat all over this.

It's a shame that "LiLO"(Really?) slid this far, I was liking her. 'Mean Girls' was good, 'Freaky Friday' was actually fun, and Herbie didn't exactly make me want to eat a shotgun barrel. Unfortunately, she got in way over her head, and now she's paying the price. This also means that every ambulance chaser out there is trying to find clients to sue her.

Oh well, if she ditches her parents and spends a while in rehab and a couple of years somewhere like Tibet, meditating on a mountain, she may be able to recover from all of this crap, but first she's really got to get her priorities straight, and that means living on a budget, getting the fark away from all of these bad influences, and leaving her money in the bank until she's straight.

From the sounds of the original story, the witness (A first day freelance paparazzi) made the story up in order to create value for the video of the woman in the stroller (which started a few moments after the hit, and there seemed to be no memory of just being hit). It worked. The video was sold.

The woman probably just finally found out about the video. Someone saw it somewhere and recognized her and mentioned it to her. Some kind of "Oh, you were hit by Lindsay Lohan? Why didn't you ever mention it!"

Suddenly a legal memory was recovered.
