Trejo's got a checkered past but the story about him slamming some young punk actor up against the wall for disrespecting a third elderly actor on the set of a Death Wish movie is all I really need to know about him. (that and the fact Bronson saw the incident and basically threw Trejo a thumbs up)

I'm still having a hard time believing that story. Even though his movies aren't exactly high art, Stallone is very controlling and I don't think a guy who hasn't had a theatrically released movie in 20 years would have that kind of influence.

Best case scenario, Stallone humors Chuck, then after he leaves, re-casts the part and re-shoots Chuck's scenes the way he wants. Trejo would be perfect for it, not only because he's a better actor, but a better human being in general.
