Timothy McVeigh acted alone, not as a member of any organized group. You really want to try to equate him to Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, Hamas, PLO, etc., all of which are Islamic? McVeigh acted against the government, but not in the name of his religion. Can the same be said for Islamic groups?
