Pants full of macaroni!!: stoli n coke: I also heard Borat isn't really from Kazahkstan.

And Larry the Cable Guy isn't really a cable installer.

And his name is really Dan, and he doesn't really have a hillbilly accent, and he began his comedy career wearing ill-fitted pleated khakis and telling jokes about his gramma, and he's a total douche.

Eddie Adams from Torrance: Yes, it's all Colbert's fault.

It has nothing to do with the fact that the system has become a farce.

I don't disagree with you but when was the system not a farce?

Breitbart, where rational thought goes to die.

Also, of course they're that stupid. So are some of the voters. They're the GOP base. In particular, they're the GOP base in South Carolina.

These voters watched a debate where they loudly booed RON PAUL for supporting the golden rule and cheered when Gingrich had no farking clue how something he said might have offended black people. They've now put Gingrich in the lead as the probable primary winner per fivethirtyeight.com. Newt farking Gingrich, a guy who can't get through a day without publicly saying something hugely assholish. That's who many SC Republicans want. It says more about them than it does about Newt.

Todd concluded by saying that he "idolized" American politics and didn't want to see people become more cynical about them.

Absolutely incredible.
Does he also enjoy slamming his dick in a dresser drawer?

At least WND spreads the blame around to all the liberal red herrings, but Breitbart and his Soros-hating group of douchebag heroes really can't get past this MSM conspiracy shiat.

Lando Lincoln: Stephen Colbert is shining a spotlight onto how awful the Citizens United ruling was. The Supreme Court justices that ruled for it probably hate Stephen Colbert more than anything.

His interview last night with John Paul Stevens was pretty awesome.

FTA: "Todd concluded by saying that he "idolized" American politics and didn't want to see people become more cynical about them."

You know a corrupt, greedy, and corporate driven polical system. Why would people want to be more cynical about it?

Colbert interview with Justice Stevens was pure gold.

The mistake no one should make, though, is to buy the notion that Todd is the only member of the MSM to have cracked Colbert's code. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature knows what Colbert is up to.

That's enlightening, since Brietbart had to just spend 200 words explaining to his followers what Colbert's doing.

It's brilliant, and really highlights the cognitive dissonance. People who didn't know Colbert was a joke read the first part, then agree that everyone 'should' have known it. Having associated themselves into the group that already knew, they read the next sentence which makes everyone but their own group out to be morons. Perfect retcon sentence structure.

"Is it to educate the public about the dangers of money and politics, and what's going on? Or is it simply to marginalize the Republican Party? " Yes to both, Mr. Todd.

I used to like Todd's reporting, but after this clip, I think that he's not as smart as I'd first thought.

I had the same thought when TFA said *Colbert* was the one making a mockery of the system. They're doing the mockery-making just fine without any outside assistance.

Colbert is a true American hero. I dont say that facetiously, mockingly or jokingly. He elevates satire to a new level, in fact I bet in 100 years it will be called colberting instead of satire.

He is genius, and everything about this is genius. What if Cain finishes in the top 3 or something? then what? its great.

I wonder if we're going to look back at this campaign as the moment America stopped taking politics seriously or the moment that America started taking politics seriously.

I, too, wish that the Supreme Court had upheld a law that made it a felony to produce a documentary. Then we could have a functional democracy!!!

Love Justice Stevens.

Mostly because he is a living and completely trustworthy source that can confirm that Babe Ruth "called his shot" at the 1932 World Series.

I think this is one of those "all Republicans are authoritarian, but not all authoritarians are Republican" deals.
