That is a picture of Conner and Isabella Cruise the ADOPTED children of Nicole and Tom. They're brother and sister. There is no picture of Isabella's boyfriend anywhere in the article.

Also the supposedly scientologist boyfriend is not reported as being a DJ so there's goes the whole theory.

Tabloid reporting these days seems to go like this "cool we've got a picture, now we can write whatever derpy thing loosely associated with one of the people in the picture we want to". See also "JayZ said something about diapers! Except for the part where he didn't" but he was talking about his club opening and then the reporter talked about some unrelated fashion guy trying cash in on the baby's name.
