In the last decade I knew a flat chested college student who made up for it with tight t-shirts and no bra. She wasn't behing exhibitionist, i.e. she wasn't intentionally compensating by making them more visible That's not her style. She didn't wear a bra because she didn't need one. She liked t-shirts. Sadly, when she graduated and went into real world employment she started wearing regular real world employee clothes.

In high school, my sister apparently hated shopping with me because I had size DD boobs and she was as flat as a pancake up until she was 17. Then overnight it was like God remembered "Oh right! There ARE no small chests in that family..." and she assploded in all her tops. Now it's like I'm related to season 1 Christina Hendricks only she has a Betti Page haircut and a tan. And I'll be honest her waist may also be a size or two smaller than season 1 CH.

That being said, I don't think big boobs were ever really "in" when it came to styling and fashion. Shopping, even at my skinniest, was always annoying when looking for dresses or tops to fit over the bust.
