For years, I've been publicly telling EA that I wouldn't purchase a goddamn thing from them unless they finally released another "Mutant League Football" or another "Skitchin'."

Maybe they finally took the message.

If history has taught me anything, it will be a $40 DLC for Madden.

I had forgotten about Skitchin'. My friends and I played the hell out of both of these titles. I really want to see another Mutant League!

While it would be fun, I'm waiting for my Cyberball remake.

I downloaded the demo of Blitz. It felt almost exactly the same as the original EXCEPT you can't attack after the whistle. No body slams or DDTs, you gotta let the offense celebrate. Felt a little neutered with that, but I was happy it still had the same general feel.

Pretty much that. Thread over. Nothing more to discuss here. You have forty years of commercial video games to choose from. If you need a company to review one single game to get enjoyment from the medium, you done goofed.

Would a remake of Ninja Golf be too much to ask for?

When I read "Oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please oh please," I just assumed it was about life after the first year of marriage - written from the mans perspective.

Ghastly: Would a remake of Ninja Zany Golf be too much to ask for?

I know you can play the original online on an Apple IIgs emulator^ but an updated version would be awesome.

/Apparently there's a Wii title called Zany Golf but it doesn't look like it has jumping hamburgers.

You should have kept your ass away from that blast. MEGABLAST!

I think I played the hockey version.....one of my players fell through the ice and was floating under the rink the entire game.

Bringing back that series would be really cool.

I'd buy the Football and the Hockey. They would probably get more online play time than their official counterparts.
Mutant league Kart could have potential.

moothemagiccow: How about them star wars prequels

Jar Jar Binks was hilarious and original in a slapstick way that Ted Avery and Bob Clampett could never have competed with. George Lucas subconsciously revolutionized all mediums with the introduction of Jar Jar Binks. God bless George Lucas.

They did rerelease Mutant League Football and all Road Rash 1-3 on PSP a long while ago. Probably the PSP games I play the most.

Second best game on Jaguar(after Iron Soldier). Would be fun to see again

This happened to me practically every game.

That, or running into a fire pit in MLF right after catching a killer pass for mad yardage.

/my favorite two teamsports games for... heck, still are

Also, demon goal(ie) that eats you was great in MLH

EA's already blackballed themselves in my book, so it's going to take one hell of a big event to get them back into my gaming library...

Seriously, the second I saw Origin I cringed. And now they're stating that even if you buy ME3 through a brick-and-mortar place you'll have to install/use Origin to play.

Yep, Mutant League Hockey was lots of fun. MLH, Powerball and Pigskin FootBrawl were some of the best sports games for the Genesis.

There was another American football+monsters game from around that time, wasn't there? Blood Bowl, was that it?

Don't stop with just Mutant League Football; bring back Mutant League Hockey too!!!!! That game was great. Why try to score goals when you can just kill off enough of the other team to make them forefit.
