In fact, my training is in air conditioning repair, which as it turns out isn't in that high of a demand after all. But, I have read a ton about medicine and I'm on the cutting edge of most treatment options. Most of the people in my village do not have the money for medical treatment or even a way to get to a hospital most months of the year. Am I really breaking any laws by using what I know to attempt to help them? I offer your typical eyes, ears, nose, throat care, along with several cosmetic services. When I arrived a decade ago, the average age was 50. It is now 60, a testament to my abilities. The average penis length was three inches, but with my cutting edge procedures, it is now over fourteen inches. Quite an improvement on all fronts.

And no, most of my patients do not have money to pay, so we work on a barter system that often does involve sexual favors. Deep inside, I feel really good about this set-up. If it's a crime, then I guess that makes me a criminal.

I'm okay with that.

Yeah, there are tumors that can be seen by a qualified specialists with a flashlight looking into the eyes However, for Fark's sakes, get a qualified eye doctor and if things start getting weird/freaky/expensive, get a second opinion.
