Due respect and all, but those are some sorry-looking ribeyes. They look like NY (or KC, if you go that way) strips.

I would have to agree with Potter, those look more like Strip steaks than Rib Eye.

Perhaps if you were to sharpen your knife, you wouldn't have to push so hard to cut the meat. Dull blades are dangerous blades.

Also, the meat is upside down. Nothing about this video represents the proper way to cut a steak.
