It's amazing how much blaming technological mistakes have completely eliminated mail fraud and similar prosecution of corporations.

According to the publication, Rodriguez was one of several hundred patients who received erroneous medical bills from the hospital after a computer error put invoice numbers in the area of the bill where invoice amounts should go.

Sure, a computer error. The program had a bug that caused it to do this. I'm sure it couldn't have been a moronic user or anything.

Well, OBVIOUSLY it was an error, you needed the story to ell you that? Jesus, you need to click on the link and THEN on the comments to figure that out? The rest of us were a little curious where the error came from, so we read the story, but we KNEW that it was a hospital error going in... Do you need someone to tell you the truth about unicorns, leprechauns and Santa, also? I can find an article somewhere on the internet, if that's how you need to process data...

Hold on, take a breath, step away from the keyboard. Maybe you should take a break for 5 minutes; you sound very angry.

"But because Romney, whose fortune has been estimated at $250 million, has never released his personal tax returns, the full extent of his giving has never been public."

Lucky fr him, he wasn't a big vocal part of the Birther movement...

Name's Rodriguez? He's uninsured? Bill him for a gagillion dollars and then write it all off as a loss for tax purposes.

That depends entirely on your lawyer, the venue, and how many appeals you have to go through.
