Yeah, I remember him getting schooled by Marvin Harrison back when he still played for the Titans. I seem to recall one of the commentators refused to call him 'pacman' because he hadn't earned the right to a nickname yet, with his awful play and all that.

I've heard he got better later on, which I guess would bring him up to average status. He certainly didn't get any better at keeping out of trouble.
