I'd say this was Tebow's one and only shot at the playoffs. Next year every defense is going to shutdown the read option just like they did to Miami's wildcat. Tebow will get blown up by a linebacker running at full speed. His lungs will collapse, smothering him before he even releases that he's been paralyzed. He will die a virgin only to find out that the Jehovah Witnesses were right, all 144,000 chosen people have already been accounted for, and Tebow will burn in hell for eternity. Realizing this, he renounces Jesus Christ and then makes a deal with the devil. Nine months later, Gisele Bündchen gives birth to Tom Brady's son, who emerges from the womb in the Tebow position. Brady, revolted, sells the child and drowns Gisele for betraying him. That's when the story really begins.

He won't need surgery, is expected to make a full recovery with some down time and his offseason training program shouldn't be affected in any way.
ESPN first reported Wednesday that Tebow got hurt on a third-quarter tackle, then had trouble sleeping because of the pain and underwent an MRI on his chest Monday.
So he got some bruising in the third quarter when the game was already over? Wow, someone give him a medal.

The interesting thing about Tebow is that he plays so poorly you'd never know if he was injured or not.

I'm betting you are wrong. Tebow Reborn's first mission would be to make the playoffs again to prove everybody wrong. He'd probably make the SB, no show and remote activate a hidden nuke under the field, and be the SB champ by default.

This is the last thing I'll be posting to you.
This is Adrian Peterson. He is 6'1", 220 pounds of sheer terror. He is one of the most frightening running backs to ever play the game, and statistically he is one of the best RBs in the entire league. If you were playing backyard football and were allowed to take anybody on the planet to play RB for you, you'd take him. One time he literally ran back in time to punch Hitler in the face. He is stupid-retarded good. And his team went 3-13 and finished last in their division.
And when I post a picture of him, nobody says "lol last in the division scrub".

No, we say "Running backs with over 1500 carries tend to break down". AP has just cracked 1400 in his 5th and he missed 1/4 of that due to injury.

I don't care if he's the best quarterback to ever play the game, that's exactly why he (or any other quarterback who runs an offense like that) will never have a long career in the NFL. They will get hurt. Often.
Hate him for whatever other reason you like, but that's the only fact that should really matter amid all the rest of the noise. That's why they don't run the option in the NFL.

Yeah. That stupid gimmick "West Coast Offense" is never going to work.
Point is, every innovation is a gimmick until it works. The option will not be a long-term successful offense only because QBs command so much money, not because it doesn't work.
