She even "lived in sin" with the guy. No hypocrite like a Christian hypocrite.

2012-01-18 12:11:58 PM
It is pretty messed up if anyone tries to make this a political issue. This has nothing to do with the campaign, and is not relevant in any way to her husband's candidacy.

That being said, just on a human level, it is pretty messed up to go and fark the guy who delivered you as a baby, no matter who you are.

/I just hope the guy didn't say "I've wanted to do this for 20 years".

2012-01-18 12:11:59 PM
Since Rick Santorum wants to scrutinize all of our families I see no reason we shouldn't be able to do the same to his.

I'm pretty sure he meant babe as in "baby", Bob.

Aren't you the Farker that instantly equated all anal sex with homosexuality in a thread that showed a connection between states searching Google for 'God' an 'free gay porn' (new window)??? A thread where others pointed out you sounded "VERY gay, and VERY defensive" too.

"swiftboat veterans for truth" had nothing to do with the 2004 campaign, but it tanked the kerry candidacy.

Really? Having blatant hypocrisy in your household when it comes to your social policy stances isn't something worthy of ridicule in the political theater? Incorrect sir, incorrect.

Do as I say not as I do is complete bullshiat and I hope Rick and his puta wife get raked over the coals for weeks on this one.

2012-01-18 12:16:41 PM
So, his creepy wife banged some creepy guy back in the 80s when she was single. This is cheap and stupid. And fark you, subby, for making me defend the Frothtorums.

If you do evil things when you are young, but then see the error of your ways and truly repent and ask God for forgiveness, then you are a flip-flopper.

Dear Jerk: If you do evil things when you are young, but then see the error of your ways and truly repent and ask God for forgiveness, then you are a flip-flopper.

.... and then ask people, nay, TELL PEOPLE you are going to enact social policies that would possibly outlaw the same shiat you did when you were young, is MAXIMUM GOP TROLLING.

2012-01-18 12:19:30 PM
"Premarital affair" is a really weird way to say you're dating someone.

And a town has to get pretty big before it'll support more than one or two OB-GYN practices, chances are if you find yourself divorced after practicing in an area for a few decades you'll have delivered quite a lot of the potential dating pool.

Nor is going from a normal person to a fundie after marrying an asshat particularly new or exciting.

//Basically, not really seeing anything interesting or unusual in this story.

Dear Jerk: If you do evil things when you are young, but then see the error of your ways and truly repent and ask God for forgiveness, then you are a flip-flopper.

I have yet to see any of the Santorums truly repent and ask God for forgiveness for any of the evil things they have done, are doing, or plan to do in the future. In fact, Rick's presidential platform is basically a summary of his evil.

2012-01-18 12:20:41 PM
Yeah, but remember Santorum wants to ban porn and all birth control because any sex outside of being married is "wrong." It is funny then that his wife gets to be living with some guy and sexing him up before being married. Who knows, maybe he also performed an abortion on her after knocking her up. It is just the hypocrisy of this family that is the issue.

2012-01-18 12:20:46 PM
*thefarkamIreading*

I bet there's even creepier shiat in her past. Probably something to do with santorum (not the man but the shiat mixed with lube).

Given what a stiff Frothy is, I'm guessing this guy gave his wife both her first and last smacks on the ass.

lordaction: At what age are people not allowed to change their minds and should be judged by those opinions for eternity?

18, of course. Look at the legal system, it's set up to allow psychopaths to be little hellions up to the age of 18, and then they get a clean slate to revise their psychopathic tendencies in order to get themselves further ahead.

And you think I'm exaggerating with the psychopath comment in the politics thread? When Mitt Romney made the $10k bet he was showing himself as at least a medium psychopath because he doesn't have the empathy to know $10k is a lot to normal people. Santorum appears as a psychopath because of his use of other peoples hate and unrealistic goals.

I really should go through the Bob Hare checklist, but the wiki is down.

I'm Karen Assjuice, and I approve these abortions.

Okay, little rant -- why is it that on political ads, the candidates use wrong grammar? "I'm Mitt Romney, and I approve this message." I don't see how that's correct grammar. I thought it should be "approve of" or "approved" but not just "approve." Everyone does it. Why?

Maybe this will teach the wacky British press that it's much more fun to attack Republicans than those boring Democrats.

Santorum is a bad candidate because:

a) his name is associated with ass leakings
b) some doctor delivered/banged his wife years ago
c) his terrible social policies

lennavan: The Santorums used to use birth control until her first miscarriage. They blamed their first miscarriage on birth control and subsequently have sworn it off entirely. Karen Santorum used to date and live with an abortion provider, presumably she was in love with him and supported him. Now she has changed her mind about abortion.

Wasn't it nice that the Santorums got to choose whether or not to use birth control, that Karen got to choose whether or not she supported abortion? Wouldn't it be nice if they let the rest of us have that choice as well?

They made poor, immoral choices. Choices that fill them with shame. Choices that might bar them from God's kingdom!

It's their job as Christians to everything in their power to make sure others don't share their dismal fate.

They're stating that they actively authorize the advertisement (they approve it) not that they feel generally positive about the ad's existence (approve of it). Those are different things, and the formal constitutes the acceptance of legal responsibility for the ad.

And, yes, it's correct grammar albeit perhaps somewhat archaic depending on your social class and location.

"Approved" is past tense. "Approve of" is passive.

"Approve", though incorrect, conveys an immediate and active position.

Good. And that's what THEY ADVOCATE. Making things you did in your twenties illegal perhaps, such as abortions or even contraceptives. And they don't believe your penis should be used for non-urinating activities unless your female partner is ovulating

Does Obama's college transcripts indicate what his policy decisions will be? Does Karen's past activities indicate how hypocritical Rick is being with his policy stances?

To be fair, while both are irrelevant to the actual election, I'm actually kind of curious about the transcripts. Always curious about the training of the guys with their finger on the button.

She must have changed her mind on the abortion thing, because I for one cannot imagine ever dating someone who feels differently about something than I do... What would we do but argue about our differences every minute we are together!?! Also, a pre-marital affair huh, I sure had a few of them back when I was pre-married.

Not to thread jack, but can you explain to me why Obama's college transcripts are important? Nobody that is demanding to see them has ever been able to intelligently explain it to me. All they ever answer when ask why it is important to see them is Muslim, socialist, or he is not a citizen.
