What the ultimate cheesecake might look like:

Chocolate crust, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate mousse, with a bunch of raspberry topping dumped on the top of it. We called it the 'chocolate holocaust' because we're all non-PC like that.

I was actually thinking of making bacon truffles for a TFSV gift. I was thinking bacon-infused vodka per your inspiration, but then I realized that I'd have to skim off a layer of fat and it'd get all gross.

Then you might get bits of cheesecloth in there, too. There are instructables on how to do it, though.

So I'm just going to go for the bacon chocolates. Unless I get someone vegan as a TFSV, in which case it's really going to suck.

Speaking of, I hope there IS a TFSV.
