By default, NoScript whitelists sites. If you want to blacklist a site, that's really confusing in NoScript's option screen. It's far easier to install YesScript and block only Wikipedia.

What the hell NoScript were you using? Pretty sure you can click on the symbol (bottom bar by default, I think; I moved it a long time ago) and hit "forbid Wikipedia." Seems pretty clear and easy.

yeah, it's easy enough to figure out how to get to Wikipedia... for someone who's moderately tech-savvy. but we're not the people who need to be made aware of what a piece of shiat SOPA/PIPA is.

Regardless, I can't wait to see the wave of Twitter/Facebook/etc. posts directing people to install NoScript (or NotScripts for Chrome) while completely ignoring the reason for the redirect. You know it's going to happen. And the message isn't going to be about SOPA, it's going to be "how to access Wikipedia." amidst a bunch of "y wiki not work? who cares about soapa i have a paper due plz help!"
