A teenage girl here did the same thing, after she deliberately drove into oncoming traffic and killed a woman and a kid. They knew this because right before it happened, she texted some boy about how she was going to commit suicide and that everyone would be sorry. She had the added balls of filing the lawsuit before her case even went to court.

She was convicted of something pretty serious, can't remember what, and the lawsuit went away.

We have too many lawyers in this country and the have high unemployment rate so they have to create work for themselves. The should be no government grants or backed loans for those attending law school. It is in the country's best interest that we have fewer lawyers. In fact there should be a law school tax imposed on them as well as one for practicing law..
