Really? The answer to everything seems to include eat and exercise. At least if you're a lazy writer.

If I'm in a bad mood, I just go with it and let it subside on its own. Being in a "bad" mood never really bothered me.

Usually when I find myself in a bad mood it's because I haven't eaten anything in a while.

Or it's because my neighbour has started construction on his addition at 7:30am on a Sunday morning.
