i dont know if it was much of a celebration but that picture of Bobby Orr in mid air after he scored a goal and some dude hooked his leg was pretty badass.

What the hell was so special about the first one, all he did was look at the crowd and bang his stick on the glass.

2001-11-09 01:32:38 AM
his overtime goal vs. Vancuver

Would that be the Canuks?

2001-11-09 01:32:47 AM
They all sucked except for the Tiger, they must have picked these at random or something.

2001-11-09 01:51:32 AM
wow. onw guy jumped and another slid..how is this cool?

2001-11-09 02:04:23 AM
Could have been worse, like soccer goals where they all grab each others asses and french kiss and stuff..

2001-11-09 03:47:53 AM

No doubt, where was Orr's celebration. That had to be one of the top celebrations in any sport.

Drew: With all the new tags and increased sports coverage, why not add a "Sports" tag?

Boppsta: Thanks for posting that pic, that is DEFINITELY the best hockey celebration ever. By far. Whoever put that list together must've been sniffing Gordie Howe's socks...

Where's Tie Domi riding the stick like a ten year old?

What about Bob Probert celebrating after the game snorting some Zamboni shavings?

2001-11-09 09:57:59 AM
Hey, anyone see the Rangers totally manhandle the Isles last night? Excellent game...

2001-11-09 10:13:21 AM
I dunno about the best....but that guy Barnaby in the first one was such a puss....'Oooooh look at me....I just put the puck in the net....did you see? Oh happy day....hey guys....did you see?' He should take look at Orr....now THAT'S the way a MAN celebrates! No helmet either.

2001-11-09 11:20:46 AM
Petr Nedveds goal in the fourth OT in 1996 against the Caps, should have made the top 10.

Boppsta:

That pic is farking hilarious. Never seen it before. It looks photoshopped, although I'm sure it isn't. I guess what I'm saying is, you couldn't have photoshopped it and made it any funnier. Laughed my ass off at the look on Orr's face. Have a wonderful pictorial history book on the Bruins ... can't believe that pic is not in there.

ArmyofFun, oh yes, I almost cried with happiness to see Waaahhh bleed.

Yzerman's goal in the third overtime over St. Louis. Considering the man rarely celebrates, seeing him jump up and down was priceless.

2001-11-09 02:18:07 PM
Yzerman rules.

2001-11-09 02:52:10 PM
Orr was tripped at the end of the goal, not really a celebration more a "Holy fark I'm flying!"

2001-11-09 10:39:31 PM
I hope to see Bobby Orr in future photoshops of people falling.

I remember him tripping on the ice and eating it during intros at an All-Star Game, a gazillion years ago. Never seen that before or since. The dude was a stud, but that was pretty funny.
