I don't think that it's meant to be a pic of the actual location of the incident. We have an event that took place in Buenos Aires so we show a file picture of Buenos Aires which happens to show the world's widest avenue. It's the same thing with Vegas: every little thing that happens there is always illustrated with a pic of the Strip
