I'm not sure what his height had to do with that, maybe if he was faster and could keep up with him he would be more effective but his height was irrelevant there.

McAfee blows monkey nuts. Use the malwarebytes. The HD isn't necessarily going out because of the bluescreen.

There should be a HD self diagnostic test you can run from the BIOS screen. Don't know if you know how to do that though

quickest fix i know is stack some books/movies under the corners of it, leaving an open space between the middle of the bottom of the laptop and whatever surface it's resting on. also set a fan up behind it. should be good to go.

Get a can of air and blow it out. 9/10 overheating in laptop issues in our shop are caused by the inside being hella dusty.

Also make sure it's resting somewhere that it can breathe. don't leave it on a blanket or bed etc
