Y'know, if the politicians hadn't bent over and taken it in the ass repeatedly from the likes of Disney and the RIAA, maybe all these songs they want to use in their political ads would be Public Domain by now, and available to use.

I'm calling BS on the Barracuda controversey. Heart put the song out there for licensing, the McCain campaign paid for the rights, and then Nancy Wilson started whining. If you don't want certain people using your songs, don't take their money. If you do take their money (and never give it back), you have no right to complain about the song's usage.

Well, he doesn't. With no comment on whether it's reasonable or not, he wants to reduce the FDA (by 40%), not abolish it. The agencies he wants to abolish are HUD, Commerce, Energy, Interior, and Education. HHS (FDA's parent agency) gets a freeze. Feel free to bash whomever you'd like, but aim for facts instead of blind stupidity.

RON PAUL
is just a symptom of the disease.
At this point, anyone saying that they're voting republican should be immediately committed, because it's obvious that they're a danger to themself and others.
