Between you and me, she might have been fifteen, but when you get that little red beaver right up there in front of you, I don't think it's crazy at all and I don't think you do either.

You sound Cuckoo.

Also, I think this is a great excuse for a female volleyball player thread.

"A source close to one of the volleyball players told KIRO 7 in November that the party was supposed to happen at a secluded office in a remote industrial warehouse."

WTF? Who's the coach, Freddie Krueger?

Meeks told police that he placed the camera in the bathroom for his sexual gratification, according to probable cause documents.

Finally, an honest man. No bullsh*t excuses.

He said that his intentions were to spy on a female co-worker who he knew would be using the restroom on Monday, but he said he was aware of the slumber party and that the girls would be using the bathrooms.

Well, almost. Not really a great excuse because he's still copping to being a perv, plus he pretty much admits it was BS.

Still, I'd give him a B+ for honesty.

I can't understand why voyeurism is a crime. While voyeurs are creepy, they are also harmless. They get off by watching others instead of interacting with others. But who's more creepy: the person who likes to watch or the person who likes to be watched?

You've got to love the "Proof of concept" defense. "I really wanted to use it to spy on another woman, the spying on wife's underage volleyball team was just a dry run."

When a voyeur watches a willing exhibitionist there is no foul. If a voyeur watches anyone who is unwilling then there is a violation of the right to privacy.

Crimes occur when rights are violated.

How so? Inasmuch as there is no logical argument posited, there can be no whacked logic.

There are women's volleyball slumber parties? Why am I only hearing about this, now?

Is there a legitimate reason for volleyball shorts being so tight, besides the sexual allure?

I mean, guys/girls basketball shorts aren't tight, and they move a lot and stuff.

People no longer notice video cameras. We've gotten used to being in a surveillance society. The culture is moving on.

Oh and to go back to what you said before, I don't think the definition of voyeur includes the other person knowing they are being watched. That's where the "it doesn't hurt anyone" argument falls through I think.
