You people are so quick to mock and point fingers at these victims. I, on the other hand, have chosen to do something about it.
If you or anyone you know has fallen prey to a con-man, I have access to a United Nations international banking fund to compensate those victims. A small wealth transference fee is required, but otherwise this is a totally legit way of recouping losses.

Toby: Didn't you lose a lot of money on that other investment, the one from the email?
Michael: You know what, Toby? When the son of the deposed king of Nigeria emails you directly, asking for help, you help! His father ran the freaking country, okay? ...Alright, so, raise your hand if you wanna get rich. Alright.
Jim: No, um. How is this not a pyramid scheme?
Michael: Alright, let me explain. Again. Phil has recruited me and another guy. Now, we are getting three people each. The more people that get involved, the more who are investing, the more money we're all going to make. It's not a pyramid scheme, it is a... it's not even a scheme per se, it's...

Skimmed the article.
Seems this is survey-based and didn't control for total use--meaning that the people most likely to have fallen for a scam are the people who use the internet the most and the people least likely to are the people who use the internet the least.

Wait, so the education system has failed, and you want to turn the education of children over to people that wouldn't know their ass from a hole in the ground because the education system failed them.

MR. VICE PRESIDENT! I'm so glad to hear that you're alive!
I feared the worst when the address I had been sending correspondence to stopped responding. Did you receive the

I hope that this letter finds you safe in the arms of the loving GOD ALMIGHTY, JESUS CHRIST.
Please get back to me soon so we can discuss the Spanish lottery winnings.
