Not enough evidence...? I watched the whole damn trial on tv. She had custody, lied about the whereabouts of her daughter, there was a dead body in the car, the hair with death band came from somebody in the Anthony family, and her lies were to purposefully obfuscate the investigation. You know, of course, that the jury's job is to determine the most likely sequence of events based on the evidence, and not seek irrefutable certainty...? Right? And of course, you also must know that cause of death is not required to convict on a murder charge...? Finally, you must also be aware that the jury mistakenly took Baez's opening and closing statements as fact (the dad did it) even though the was no evidence presented to the support the claim?

Or, maybe, you are like those 12 idiots who believe Casey, in tooth fairy, and the that the world is still flat.

I'm not sure why you think lack of evidence = believeing Casey's story.
If you had followed the case as closely as you claim you wouldn't think the jurrors belived Casey. You would understand that if was the prosecution who failed to make a strong enough case and even though they wanted to find Casey guilty they could not based on the evidence.

Her psych reports from the trial are out now, too. The crazy... it burns...

No, a jury is for reasonable doubt. It only takes one person to railroad that. Civil cases have a much lower requirement much like in the OJ case.

prosecutors decided to present a whole lot of evidence of how awful a mother she was, which a sharp juror will pick up on as casting doubt on the actual evidence of a crime.

prosecutor had a slam dunk case for criminally negligent homicide, child abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, etc. instead wanted to go for murder 1 and fell on his face.

Prosecutor should have used the narrative "used duct tape to shut the kid up, accidentally the whole kid" which would have gotten her quite a bit of jail time.

instead went with

"killed the kid, dunno how dunno where dunno why, but she's a biatch just put her in jail ok"
