Here in Las Vegas, the casinos hire illegals who have never seen toilets before. Some employee restrooms have to be cleaned with a wet vac several times daily.

My wife had a pretty bad time of it at work, lots of South-East Asian staff who kept using the regular Western toilets like squat toilets. Hellish for the poor cleaners.

That, and they'd run the water taps to cover the noise... during a drought.

Okay, I've seen sanitation facilities in villages in India where signs like this are necessary. There are places in the world where using a toilet is a foreign concept. Here in the United States we take simple things like toilets (and a knowledge of how to use one) for granted.
